Our client is seeking a Legal Associate with 2-3+ years post-call experience to join their team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and ambitious lawyer who is eager to grow, gain exposure across diverse legal areas, and refine their expertise. While prior experience in areas such as Criminal Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Litigation is an advantage, they prioritize potential, adaptability, and a strong legal foundation over specialization.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal research, drafting, and advisory support across multiple practice areas.
• Represent clients in negotiations, dispute resolution, and litigation as required.
• Assist with due diligence, regulatory compliance, and risk assessments for clients.
• Work closely with senior lawyers to develop case strategies and legal opinions.
• Stay updated with legal trends and contribute to thought leadership in the firm.

Requirements

• LLB & BL
• 2-3 years of post-call legal experience
• Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
