NOTE: This is a part-time role offered on an initial three-month contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and the outcome of the engagement.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging social media content and copy for Instagram and Facebook, including captions, hooks, CTAs, Reels concepts, Stories, and promotional content.
• Develop monthly content ideas and calendars aligned with Noble's brand, products, campaigns, and seasonal opportunities.
• Research relevant food, snack, and social media trends and identify opportunities for Noble.
• Work with our graphic designer to turn content concepts into finished visual assets.
• Schedule and publish approved content using Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar platforms.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social channels.

Community Management

• Monitor comments, DMs, mentions and customer interactions.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to customers.
• Identify and escalate customer issues, product feedback and potential sales or wholesale opportunities.

Digital Marketing

• Set up and manage Meta advertising campaigns and, where appropriate, Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, audiences and spend and recommend improvements.
• Support promotions, product launches and campaigns designed to drive website traffic and sales.

Reporting & Insights

• Track key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic and advertising performance.
• Provide a concise monthly report highlighting results, insights and recommendations.
• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for Noble to improve its social presence and performance.

Key Expectations

• Proven experience creating and managing social media content for a consumer brand, ideally food, beverage or FMCG.
• Strong copywriting and creative-content skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and Meta advertising.
• Ability to use social media analytics to make practical recommendations.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong understanding of what makes social content engaging and commercially effective.

Important: This is not primarily a graphic design role. You will be responsible for developing the content, copy and creative direction, while working with our graphic designer to produce the final visual assets.
